Swimming Pool

VIVA Towers has a large swimming pool located on the 9th floor with a 180o view of the Indian Ocean and City Center, an open sky floor plan, and a lounging area. We offer full-time free access membership for the swimming pool to all of our residents. Aligned with the building security, the swimming pool area is accessible from a private lift with full-time security guards and biometric access at the entrance.

Fully Equipped Gym

Our gym has state-of-the-art equipment and is accessible to all of our residents at no extra cost. Located on the 9th floor is a great place to exercise. It is regularly sanitized and well maintained. Bathrooms and lockers are available for use and if you require a special trainer, one can be provided upon request.
The gym has enough space for different kinds of workouts including aerobics and yoga while enjoying a great view of the Indian Ocean, City Center, Golf Course, and Swimming Pool.

Conference Room

This can be converted to fit your needs. From corporate training sessions and executive meetings to team-building conventions! Located on the 9th floor, it is secured and has access to parking spaces for the attendees.

Party Hall

We have a great entertainment area which can be leased for parties, weddings, training sessions or meetings. We also have chairs and tables that can be arranged in the hall to meet your needs. Already equipped with Centralized Air Conditioning, it’s an all-season location to use. T&C’s Apply.

Sports Bar

A premier destination for sports enthusiasts and social gatherings! Situated high above the bustling city, our sports bar offers an exhilarating atmosphere and top-notch entertainment facilities.

Parking Spaces

We have allocated 8 floors designated to parking slots that can contain over 300 cars. You will not have a problem finding a parking space. Three of our parking floors are dedicated for commercial use (Offices and Shops) and visitors while the top three floors are dedicated to the building’s residents only. All parking areas have access to separate elevators; however, the resident’s parking floors are protected with a unique security code.
